Carbide Layers on Roller by HVOF

After using for a period of time, the pressure roller is easy to wear. And the service life is short. This situation leads to

Pressure roller are widely used in daily production and life applications. The role of the pressure roller is to press the

extruded or calendered film and the base material evenly together. In the manufacturing process of adhesive tape, we

the embossing machine, which can be used with the engraving roller to evenly emboss on the material sheet. Another

shape.

extends the service life of the rolls.

The main advantages of coated carbide layer are:

2. The coating has high oxidation resistance, anti-bonding, wear resistance, and anti-crescent pits wear;

3. Low affinity with metal, good thermal stability at high temperature;
