1. Plasma Waste Treatment Equipment Overview  

Plasma waste treatment technology utilizes high-temperature plasma (up to 3,000–10,000°C) to decompose solid waste into molecular gases (e.g., CO, H₂) and vitrified slag, achieving detoxification and resource recovery. Core system components include:  

- Plasma Torch (Generator): Produces high-temperature plasma jets, categorized as transferred arc (requiring cathode/anode) or non-transferred arc.  

- Reaction Chamber: Facilitates waste gasification or melting under extreme heat.  

- Power Supply System: Delivers stable high-voltage electricity to sustain plasma.  

- Off-gas Treatment System: Processes syngas and neutralizes hazardous substances.



2. Our Products: Cathodes & Anodes  

In transferred arc plasma torches, cathodes and anodes are critical consumables that directly impact system lifespan and operational costs.  

(1) Cathode (Plasma Torch Emitter)

Function: Electron emission, typically constructed from high-melting-point materials (e.g., tungsten) to resist ion bombardment and thermal erosion.  


Product Features:

1. Tungsten alloys or rare-earth-doped tungsten matrices enhance electron emission stability.  

2. Graded composite materials: Ion-sputtering-resistant surface + high-conductivity core, suitable for chlorinated/fluorinated waste processing.

- E-waste smelting (resists metal vapor erosion)  

 

(2) Anode (Plasma Torch Collector)

Function: Receives the electric arc and withstands extreme heat, requiring high thermal conductivity and ablation resistance (e.g., copper alloys or specialized coated materials).
